This platform is used exclusively for accessing course materials, submitting training videos (where applicable), and receiving feedback

Getting Started

After logging in, your enrolled courses will appear on your Dashboard.

To begin:

  • Click on a course to access lessons and resources
  • Work through content at your own pace unless otherwise specified
  • Follow any course-specific instructions for video submissions or assignments

If you’ve recently enrolled and don’t see your course yet, please allow up to 24 hours for access to be activated.


Video Submissions & Feedback

Some courses and services include video submission and feedback.

Please note:

  • Video submission instructions are provided inside each course
  • Review timelines vary by course or service and are outlined in the course description
  • Feedback is delivered directly within the platform unless stated otherwise

If you’re unsure whether your course includes video feedback, check the course overview or contact support.


Technical Support

Trouble logging in?

  • Use the “Forgot Password” option on the login page
  • Make sure you are using the email address you enrolled with

Can’t see a course you’re enrolled in?

  • Ensure you are logged into canine.school.nz, not the main website
  • If the issue persists after 24 hours, contact support

Platform tips:

  • Use an up-to-date browser (Chrome or Safari recommended)
  • Strong internet connection recommended for video uploads
  • Large videos may take time to process after uploading
